A MESSAGE TO FIRST TIME VOTERS

I don’t know about you but I’m tired of being angry and feeling helpless because the system is broken. I want to do something about it. That’s why I’m voting on Nov. 3rd.
Between now and then, I’m going to figure out what’s really going on and vote for what matters to me – like clean drinking water, protecting women and children from violence, ending genocidal wars and the war in Iran, and lowering the cost of just about everything. If enough of us vote on Nov. 3rd, we will have representatives in Charleston and Washington, D.C. who care about us. This is what I’d expect them to do:
I want every member of Congress and the U.S. Senate to be audited every two years. No more political corruption. No more putting the interests of rich people before us.
I want a constitutional amendment that changes stupid laws like the one that says corporations are people because Dark Money sucks.
I want local control restored to WV communities. “We the People” should be making decisions about where Data Centers and MARL transmission lines go – or don’t go.
I hate what’s happened to sports. I want every NIL law repealed. And if that can’t happen, I want the law changed so we can use (most of) the money to improve WV public schools and lower the cost of going to college for everyone else.
And I’d tell them, we’re just getting started. From where I sit, that’s not outrage. That’s the West Virginia we deserve. Vote on November 3rd.
